The handle has a waterproof storage with a sealed container with matches, thread and needle. The pommel of the handle has a compass. The plastic sheath contains a chamber with a spare skinner knife equipped with a bottle opener, gut hook, and a slot for unbolting nuts and bolts. Also the sheath has a pullout tray with a ruler, signalling mirror and a rubber tube for slingshot. Metal legs on the bottom of the sheath can be used as a Y-frame of the slingshot. The outer side of the sheath has a few metres of a green paracord.

The karambit or kerambit (as used in Indonesian), kurambik or karambiak (both from the Minangkabau language) is a small Indonesian curved knife resembling a claw from the Minangkabau people of West Sumatra. The Karambit was, first and foremost, a tool of peace. it was originally an agricultural implement designed to rake roots, gather threshing and plant rice in most of island Southeast Asia.
